Opigno LMS

Opigno is the Drupal-based learning management system — courses, training paths, quizzes, certificates and compliance tracking. On BOA it's carried as a continuity platform for organisations already running Opigno.

What ships on BOA

The OPG platform is a pinned, tested build of Opigno 3.1 on the Drupal 9.5 core — and that generation is the important fact on this page. Drupal 9 is past its upstream end of life, and Opigno's own current releases have moved ahead. The platform installs and serves exactly as tested, and BOA keeps the surrounding stack (PHP, database, web server, HTTPS) current and hardened underneath it — but the application generation is what it is.

Choose it to keep an existing Opigno estate running well, not to start a new learning platform. If you're starting fresh, talk to your host about options first.

Installing a site on it

Create a site on the Opigno platform with the opigno_lms profile; the install lands on a working site. Log in and the course-building toolset is in place.

• Training records are compliance data — the automatic nightly backups plus one-task Backup/Restore are the safety net (Backups and restores).
• An estate on a legacy generation benefits doubly from the panel's clone-first habit: Clone the site, trial changes on the copy, touch the live one only when proven (Cloning and migrating).
